Shipping policy

All domestic and international orders are shipped within 2–5 working days.

Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout.
You can track your order status anytime via the ‘Track My Package’ link in the website footer.

You’ll receive email updates as your order progresses. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any damage or missing items on the delivery slip.

Orders are processed automatically, we’re unable to change shipping times, 
delivery dates, or addresses once the order is placed. 

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday during business hours.
