Refund policy

At BULLEY, we take pride in the quality of our clothing. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if you need to request a return.

Return Requests

We ask customers to contact us at admin@bulleyoc.co.uk within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused, except for being tried on as reasonably necessary

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • In its original condition

  • Free from stains, marks, makeup, odours, hair or damage

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible

Customers may inspect and try on clothing as they would in a shop. However, BULLEY may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced.

How to Make a Return

Before returning an item, email admin@bulleyoc.co.uk with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will respond with the return instructions and return address. Please do not send an item back without first contacting us.

Customers are responsible for return postage where they have changed their mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer want the item.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. BULLEY is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost before reaching us.

Refunds

We will inspect all returned items after they arrive. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service. Additional charges for express or premium delivery will not normally be refunded.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email admin@bulleyoc.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so that we can investigate promptly.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs or videos of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, BULLEY will cover the reasonable return cost and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect washing, improper care, alterations or normal wear and tear will not be treated as a manufacturing fault.

The request to contact us within seven days does not remove any statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or otherwise required by law, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered

  • Items returned with stains, marks, odours or damage

  • Items returned without their original tags

  • Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken, where legally applicable

  • Items returned outside the applicable return period

Sale items remain covered by the statutory rights provided under UK consumer law.

Exchanges

BULLEY does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require another size or product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, contact admin@bulleyoc.co.uk immediately.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once it has been processed or dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Policy Misuse

BULLEY reserves the right to investigate and refuse returns involving suspected fraud, dishonesty or misuse of the returns process. This does not affect any rights customers have under applicable law.
