Shipping policy

At BULLEY, every order is prepared carefully before being dispatched. Please review the timeframes below before placing your order.

Pre-Made Items

Pre-made items will normally be dispatched within one week of the order being placed.

This is the time required to process and prepare your order for dispatch. Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will normally be dispatched within 20–28 working days from the date the order is placed.

This timeframe allows for the products to be manufactured, checked and prepared to BULLEY’s quality standards. Your order may be ready and dispatched earlier, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Any estimated release or dispatch date shown on a product page is an estimate and may be subject to change.

Orders Containing Different Items

If an order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, the entire order may be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you would like an available item sent separately, please contact admin@bulleyoc.co.uk. Additional postage charges may apply.

Delivery

Available delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available. Delivery times shown at checkout begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

BULLEY is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, severe weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, please contact us if your parcel is significantly delayed so we can assist with the courier investigation.

Busy Periods

Processing and dispatch may take longer during product launches, sales, public holidays and other particularly busy periods. We will provide an update if a significant delay affects your order.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

If you notice an error, email admin@bulleyoc.co.uk immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will try to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be amended after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

BULLEY cannot accept responsibility for an order delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Pre-Order Cancellations

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge the stated 20–28-working-day dispatch timeframe. Any cancellation and refund rights available to you remain subject to our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
